Overview of Role

  • FinTrU has an exciting opportunity to join our growing HR team in Portugal as an HR Data Reporting and Service Delivery Specialist. This is a unique role with a strong emphasis on ensuring data integrity, creating reports, improving HR processes and enhancing the performance of our HR system.

To be successful, you have exceptional Excel and analytical skills, along with a strong awareness of the importance of robust HR processes.

You will also have relevant experience working within an HR Shared Services or HR Operations environment.

  • This role is available in our office in the centre of Porto, Portugal. FinTrU operates a hybrid working model where employees are expected to spend at least two days per week in the office.
  • Have at least four years' experience in a similar HR Data related role within a professional HRSS or HR Ops environment.
  • Are an advanced user of Excel who enjoys analysing and storytelling with data.
  • Are confident in managing conflicting deadlines and juggling multiple priorities.

This is an opportunity to work on:

  • Analysing HR data to identify trends, patterns, and insights that inform HR policies and procedures.
  • Working closely with the wider HR team in delivery of FinTrU projects, including annual performance and compensation activity.
  • Ensuring that managers stay updated on queries, issues and concerns by collecting relevant information.
