Job Purpose:

The Senior Finance Analyst, is responsible for the oversight and management of several Finance activities, ensuring the execution and improvement of day to day financial operations at Moonlake.

Key Accountabilities:

Lead and manage internal finance strategic projects to align with business objectives.
Perform robust financial planning and analysis to support strategic decisionmaking processes across the company.
Conduct thorough financial controls testing to maintain the integrity and reliability of financial data.
Develop and optimize financial processes to enhance efficiency and reduce operational costs.
Identify financial risks and issues, proactively addressing them and reporting findings to the relevant stakeholders.
Support the finance department with the creation of detailed reports, presentations, and other documentation as needed.
Provide regular updates and communicate progress on financial activities to the Senior Manager of Finance and to the Chief Financial Officer (CFO).

Your profile:

Education:
Bachelor and master's degree in management, economics, finance or engineering

Experience:2+ years of experience in Project Management / Finance / Engineering.

Skills/knowledge/behavioural competencies:

Excellent oral and written English communication skills
Highly organized, able to prioritize work, perform well under pressure and meet deadlines
Independent, selfstarter with a proactive, problem solving approach
Ability to work in a flexible, collaborative style with colleagues and teams within the company and with external advisors including consultants.
Proven leadership skills, capable of motivating teams, driving goals, and managing conflicts effectively.

Work Location:

2 days a week in our brand new Porto Office
You must have the permanent right to work in the UK or Portugal to be considered for this position
