    Professional Qualifications:
    Knowledge in Computer Science, Computing, or solid technical knowledge. At least 1 year of work experience providing technical support to external customers. Good analytical skills for problem-solving. Excellent communication skills and fluency in norwegian, both written and spoken.


    Essential Requirements:
    Technical understanding and practical experience with Microsoft Windows operating systems and relevant technologies. Knowledge of IP networks. Remote problem-solving skills. Residing in Portugal. Up-to-date documentation.


    Que funções irão desempenhar Functions:

    Provide quality technical service via phone, email, and chat, responding to customer requests and resolving any incidents that may occur for the Nordic market.

    Use oral and written communication skills effectively to work efficiently with customers, other department members, and all company members.
