PROFILE:


  • Academic qualifications at the level of the 12th year;
  • Professional experience of more than 1 year in Service Desk;
  • Proven experience on Windows and Office 365 platforms;
  • Advanced knowledge in Operating Systems and Hardware;
  • Basic notions of ITIL will be valued;
  • Fluency in French;
  • Good communication skills and teamwork;
  • Strong customer orientation and goal achievement.
