Responsibilities:

• Makes effective decisions within his/her ability;
• Review posts and classify according to policy;
• Provide insights and trends on content reviewed;
• Provide feedback and suggestions on review process and workflows;
• Provide suggestions for product innovation;
• General data entry related tasks

Requirements:

• Fluency in English (B2 level);
• Oral & Written Italian fluency (B2 level);
• Excellent customer care skills;
• Excellent good typing skills;
• Ability to work independently and in a team, anticipate problems and suggest solutions;
• Basic understanding of context and structure of sentence;
• Basic technical skills (able to navigate through multiple web pages and support tools)
• Ability to quickly and effectively conduct internet research, reading and comprehendingCommercial and social media websites;
• Have fun and work effectively in a fast-paced environment

Terms and Conditions:

• Full-time role on a 40 hour per week;
• Work contract;
• Working hours are Monday-Sunday 08h00-20h 00;
• Multicultural environment.
