Company Description


Unit4 is hiring a Content and Campaigns Optimization Specialist who will work as part of Unit4's Global Demand Center in Lisbon, Portugal, reporting to the Global Demand Center Director.


They will work closely with the Global Demand Director, the Demand Generation Directors, the Project Manager Demand Center and the regional Field Marketing Teams.

The key to this role is the analysis and optimization of our digital campaigns, including global nurture streams, campaigns and webinars, and analysis and optimization of our prospect and customer's journey.


Job Description:


  • Working daily to improve the effectiveness of digital campaigns and the content assets.
  • Ongoing performance tracking and measurement with A/B Testing of campaigns to trial new ideas for effectiveness.
  • Ongoing performance analysis via Google Analytics, to identify the best leads' journey.

Work with the different stakeholders to improve the MQL/SQL flow And provide the most relevant journey to leads and contacts to help drive them through to opportunity.


  • Contribute to search engine optimization(SEO)initiatives with an understanding of how to integrate keyword strategy into overall content planning for programs and campaigns.
  • Aggregate and maintain inputs for content strategies, including audience insights, personas, messaging, competitive information, and feedback from content suppliers.
  • Identify and recommend opportunities for content creation and reuse.
  • Work within various software platforms including Marketo (lead nurturing), Webeo (Website personalization), Turtl (Content production), Drift, Power BI and more.
  • Maintain our Content Library and extract reports on the content utilization. Identify any content gaps and work with the team on creating new content.
  • Manage content audit process and inventory maintenance, taxonomy management, content tagging, and metadata management.
  • Generate weekly reports that manifest the efficacy of the campaign activities and provide research and performance reports as needed.
  • Perform strategic mapping of content to audience journeys and ongoing journey gap analysis of the content inventory and its ability to support content strategy and campaign requirements.
  • Provide and report on content measurement using web analytics tools, marketing automation, content management systems, and social media management tools.

Qualifications:

  • Marketing experience within the B2B technology sector 23 years
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Previous experience in planning and executing successful digital marketing campaigns is essential
  • Strong organization skills
  • Experience on Google Analytics
  • Attention to detail and discipline to follow established internal processes
  • Experience of using Marketo, Webeo, Drift and Dynamics365 is highly desirable
  • Ability to work across multiple projects simultaneously, working with international teams
  • Collaborative mindset, willing to work with key internal teams and ensure everyone is aligned, but also push for growth in new areas
  • Comfortable with a range of platforms and systems, translating data into effective reporting.
