Job summary
We are looking for a Accounts Payable Manager (m/f/d) for our portuguese office. Your tasks include validating incoming documents, managing advance payments and ensuring accurate posting in our SAP system.In addition, you will carry out accounting control functions for travel expense reports and take ownership of the reconciliation process for bank GL accounts and clearing accounts.
Your responsibilities also include supporting the Finance Managers in achieving their operational and strategic goals by providing reliable data and insights from the accounts payable area.
You will collaborate with colleagues to continuously improve accounting processes and ensure smooth cross-border cooperation.
