    Responsibilities.
  • Coordinate Team tasks and planning to ensure the delivery of the Monthly Payroll
  • General administration of HR administrative processes
  • Internal Audit and Control according to the Company Compliance process (IcoFR)
  • Providing information and consultative services to the HR Business Partners, managers, and employees.
  • Time & Attendance Administration, including Vacations plan and balance control
  • Relationship with thirdparty payroll provider
  • Global/transversal HR Reporting

Job Requirements.

  • Graduated from related fields of universities preferably HR Management
  • Preferable minimum of 7 years of Payroll administrative services experience.
  • Written and oral fluency in English is a must (additional languages will be valued),
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint etc.),
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills and ability to organize and prioritize work and handle multiple tasks simultaneously and complete tasks per deadlines,
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills interact with people from various countries, cultures, and all business levels
  • Working experience in a global community with a complex matrix.
  • Real team player to support local HRs in a matrix environment.
