Senior International Recruiter / Talent Sourcer (All Genders)
Role Overview
Key Responsibilities
Forge strong partnerships with Hiring Managers to understand their hiring needs and priorities and define job profiles
Be our Brand Embassador:
support employer branding activities (relationships with Universities and others)
Profile Requirements
Proven track record of successful recruiting / active sourcing, preferably in a corporate or agency setting (+5 years)
Experience with employer branding initiatives and diversity recruiting efforts is desirable
Be a team player with strong communication skills (both written and verbal)
Fluent English, both spoken and written. Portuguese, German, French or Dutch knowledge is a plus
