We are looking for dedicated, serious professionals passionate about hospitality, eager to learn and teach, dynamic, and with a good sense of humor who enjoy working in a team.

We are in search of a Bartender for our new and exciting restaurant LUNA - special life space.

We are committed to offering an exceptional gastronomic experience, combining delicious flavors with impeccable service in a warm and inviting atmosphere.

The provisional opening date is the end of May/beginning of June.

Your main duties will include:


  • Prepare drinks for service
  • Opening and closing tasks, ensuring all materials, supplies, dishes, and utensils are clean and in good condition
  • Learn about menu items and memorize cocktail recipes
  • Perform inventory of beverages, identify the bestselling items
  • Store, cut, and prepare all fruit, mise en place before service
  • Replenish all drinks, ice, and mise en place during service
  • Check if the bar equipment is working correctly and report any maintenance needs
  • Comply with all hygiene and safety regulations
  • Keep the bar area clean during and after service

Experience:1 year


Residence:
Portugal

  • Proven professional experience as a bartender (at least 1 year)
  • Good appearance and friendliness
  • Knowledge of the English language
  • Updated knowledge of techniques and recipes
  • Ease of learning and communication
  • Ability to work in a team
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Organization and time management skills to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Attention to detail and quality control
  • Flexibility to work varied hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
