We are looking for a Business Associate for our project, to review various text present in the video & images and transcribe the text and give their individual judgements/decisions being provided as per the task guidelines to facilitate project objectives of machine learning.


Key responsibilities:


  • Evaluate the content and tag the text present in the video and images based on
guidelines provided by the client.

  • To review the contents present in the video and images and to give their
judgements/decisions as per task guidelines.

  • Create boundary boxes to select image files, join boxes as per instructions, do
transcription, make sentence correction as per own judgment and given
guidelines.

  • Do Calibrations sessions within a Team, with other locations or even with clients
as per instruction from Command Center or superiors.

  • To coordinate with other team members for sharing best practices.
  • Work independently and within a team
  • Communicate well with internal and external contacts as per requirement.
  • Manage multiple assignments simultaneously without any / mínimal guidance or
help from seniors or peers team members

  • Adhere to Tech Mahindra and client's procedures, policies and guidelines
  • All KPI related tasks must be followed & adhered to avoid business impact
  • To ensure that breaks are preapproved by SME, Team Leader or Manager
  • Follow all instructions from the Team Leader, Command Centre or superiors.
  • Adhering to all Officeand Process specific policies.
  • Maintain confidentiality for all process related work and other officerelated
critical details

  • Any additional ad hoc tasks that may contribute to a better service to the client
or improvement to the KPI


Skills/qualifications required:


  • Georgian fluent / C1 and English C1 (mandatory)
  • Excellent proficiency in grammar
  • Good communication skills
  • High attention to details
  • Autonomous, proactive and good team player
