Job summary
The UGC Program Manager exists to make Hey Harper's UGC engine run at scale.This role owns the execution, coordination, and delivery of UGC so content volume can increase materially without pulling senior brand and creative talent into logistics.
This role is accountable for how UGC gets done day to day.
They operationalize the UGC strategy defined by the UGC & Creator Strategist by managing creators, timelines, workflows, and assets across paid, organic, PDP,
Maintain clear visibility into creator status, deliverables,
Ensure creator operations can scale to 400+ active creators by 2027 without proportional headcount growth
About You
- At least 2 years experiences in marketing operations or project management
