This role is ideal for detail-oriented, empathetic individuals who care about digital safety and want to play a meaningful part in shaping the way content is seen and shared online.
What You'll Do
- Review user-generated content on a leading video platform, following established community guidelines.
- Evaluate, categorize, and take appropriate action on content that may include sensitive material such as graphic or disturbing imagery.
- Maintain the balance between creative expression and community safety by making accurate, consistent decisions.
- Collaborate with team leads and quality specialists to continuously improve moderation processes and ensure adherence to standards.
What Were Looking For
- Fluent in German, with at least B2 level English proficiency.
- Strong attention to detail, emotional resilience, and sound judgment in evaluating content.
- Comfortable with exposure to sensitive material.
- Open to candidates with or without contact center experience full training provided.
- Ability to work rotative shifts in a 24/7 environment (including weekends and night shifts).
