  • The Procurement Analyst, Italian or French Speaker role is part of a dynamic and integrated Finance function delivering operational Finance specialist services. The role will report directly to the Procurement Service Desk Manager and will work with internal and external stakeholders to ensure processes are performed in accordance with performance and quality standards.
Role Description- Ensure all queries are logged, re-routed (where necessary) and resolved in a timely manner. Align to Procurement Service Desk Manager in the provision of support to ensure process compliance with Country and / or Business Line legal and regulatory requirements. Responsible for ensuring adherence to procurement processes, policies & controls, aligned to the compliance framework, for all countries & business lines in scope. Responsible for ensuring compliance with agreed Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). Optimise service desk operations through utilisation of chat functionality, Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs) and other service desk documentation for users. Track procurement status from initiation through receipt, relaying status to customers and assisting with issue resolution as appropriate.
Role Requirements- Degree level education in Supply Chain Management/Business Management or equivalent. Fluent in English (written and spoken). Fluent in Italian or French (written and spoken). Previous experience in a purchasing, order management, or customer service role. Previous experience in a high-volume transactional environment and experience of working in a service desk environment.
