The Senior Costing analyst is responsible for managing accounting functions including financial reporting analysis and reconciliations. They prepare complex financial statements ensure adherence to accounting principles and regulations support audits provide valuable insights through detailed financial analysis assist in budgeting forecasting play a pivotal role in strategic decision-making within the organization.Responsibilities
- Coach train manage review and/or approve costing analysts in performing complex tasks accurately efficiently in the monthly close process.
- Participate in processes as needed.
- Collaboratively drive develop sustain standardized processes best practices facilitate cross-pollination of best practices build improve processes training feedback to ensure data integrity process effectiveness drive process improvements consistent with US GAAP Sarbanes Oxley compliance Lean Six Sigma LSS methods.
