The opportunity
EY is looking for a Senior Consultant to helps us grow our Financial Services - Technology Consulting team.

Overall, this person should be a team player, have a strong interest in business optimization/transformation topics and display specific related skills and capabilities such as experience working with Business Process Management.

Your Key Responsibilities

Be part of the development, management and implementation of projects with a high level of efficiency and quality;
Optimization and automation of business processes in different clients;
Elaborate technical documentation;
Follow the implementation of specific requirements and guidelines in accordance to local, national and global requirements;
Understand EY and its service lines and actively assess/present ways to serve clients;
Establish professional and trust relationships with customers and staff;
Demonstrate ability to assimilate new knowledge;
Contribute to the team's good productivity and motivation with good communication and cooperation to guarantee the best results.

To qualify for the role, you must have

Academic education in Software Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems and Management, Engineering or similar;
At least 3 years of professional experience in technology projects, mainly in consulting environment;
Expertise in business process management;
Background in consulting environment will be valued;
Ability to work in multicultural projects and environments;
Excellent analytical, research and communication skills;
Full English Proficiency is mandatory.

Ideally, you'll also have:

Knowledge in other programming languages (e.g. Python, SQL), Business Intelligence (e.g. Power BI, Tableau).
