Role Overview

We are looking for:


  • As a member of the Global Talent Acquisition team you will take responsibility for collaborating with the TA leadership team in developing Project Management tasks such as analysis, reporting, and support in the creation of processes
  • Someone with IT knowledge to collaborate with Digital Technology teams
  • Solvay is transforming; building a purpose led culture, reinventing through an updated vision, purpose and strategy. and rethinking the way BSAs and Group Functions work. We are building our journey with a new People Strategy, organization and Operating Model. Be part of our transformation and drive the change as a key member of our future team

We count on you for:


  • Evaluate and dissect people data to identify trends and recommend enhancements for core people metrics attrition, attendance and business KPIs
  • Prepare summaries and reports of data results, presenting and explaining findings to Human Resources senior leadership
  • Liaise with Digital Technology teams for IT related tasks/projects
  • Facilitate implementation of new training, development, talent acquisition and other related activities
  • Conduct or assist with conducting classification audits to ensure jobs are properly advertised
  • Develop critical working relationships with HR, external business owners, vendors and associated functional workteams
  • Analyze market benchmark on possible new processes and best practices based on industry research (quantitative, qualitative and trend data)

You will bring:


  • University degree (preferably in Management, IT, HR, or related fields)
  • Fluent English is mandatory. Any additional languages are a plus
  • Digital and technology savvy
  • Analytical mindset, creative thinking, problem solving, and project management skills
  • Advanced time management skills including the ability to handle multiple projects, prioritize and organize
  • Ability to communicate proactively and consistently with clients at all levels
  • Strong customer service orientation skills
  • Ability to establish, manage and leverage relationships with internal and external partners
  • Utilizes data to inform the actions of the team to achieve desired goals; leverages metrics, tools, and reports to calibrate the performance
