    The Role:

    • We seek an individual who can act as a key point of contact for our guests before, during and after their stay
    • Manage guest inquiries requests and issue resolution with precision
    • Support operational teams with updates reporting and day-to-day communication

    The Ideal Candidate:



    • Clients are your core focus

    • You have 2 years or more experience in customer support hospitality relations or luxury services required
      Available to work shifts weekends holidays Strong communication problem-solving skills , comfortable managing multiple tasks simultaneously
      Fluent English proficiency additional languages preferred.
