Do you have a technical understanding combined with project management experience? Would you like to become a key member in the Service Operations Engineering function delivering the next generation of service solutions to the Wind Turbines aftersales market? If you are motivated by diverse projects in a cross functional and organizational setup in Denmark and abroad, then we have an ideal opportunity for you The "Project Management"-department, that is part of the "Program Management and Product Integration", consists of Project Managers and Implementation Managers, who are responsible for coordinating a wide variety of projects in order to deliver innovative solutions to Vestas Service.

You will be part of a project management department with team members located in multiple geographical locations and different cultural backgrounds.

We are expanding with highly qualified colleagues to meet the demand of a growing and challenging business.

Responsibilities
You will be heading at least one projects depending on the size and complexity.

You will in close coordination with a technical lead supervise your projects end to end, so you will be a team who represents the project from the requirement specification is initiated and until the handover has been accepted by the internal costumer.

Main areas of responsibility:

You coordinate your project team and make sure you follow the process' and procedures in order to complete projects within the agreed scope, time, quality, and cost
You prioritize the tasks in your projects so that people always work on the right and valueadding tasks
You coordinate subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure they perform as agreed
You make resource estimates and ensure resources are allocated to your projects from the line organization
You prepare and conduct Steering Committee

- and Project Status Meetings

You ensure necessary progress in your projects and highlight deviations and issues
You ensure that our processes are followed, and you contribute to a continuous improvement of our processes as well

Qualifications

To achieve your goals with above responsibilities, you might hold a bachelor's degree as Electrical, Mechanical, IT, Software Engineer or another relevant degree.

In addition, you have/are:
- +3 years of experience with technical project management

Used to handling and handling subcontractors and subsuppliers
Proficient communication/presentation skills in English, both verbally and in writing, as you will be working within a global multicultural environment
Fundamental understanding of machines and components, IT, infrastructure and connectivity and software development
Technical insight and knowhow from the wind industry is an added value but not a must as well as experience from larger organizations
