High School Diploma or Bachelor's DegreeFluency in Italian, knowledge of French is a plusGood computer skills, especially in ExcelEnjoyment of customer contactStrong analytical skillsExcellent communication (oral and written) and assertive negotiation skillsExperience in credit control Vantagens Carrer Progression
