We are recruiting an exceptional Administrative & Contract Support Expert (f/m/d) fluent in French and English to join our client's operation in Lisbon.

What is going to be your mission?

  • Accountable to deliver agreed ACCP Administrative and Contract support activities;
  • Coordinating activities review, approval, contract management, payments, and documents reconciliation workflows in business and compliance control systems;
  • Executing activities in line with the business processes and compliance requirements;
  • Support for audit/monitoring;
  • Responsible for the PO lifecycle management working with different stakeholders (e.g. RAEs, vendors);
  • Processing invoices: review, route for approval, and follow up;
  • Responsible for vendor creation and changes;
  • Contract management by generating and executing written agreements;
  • Contract management maintenance (documentation saved in relevant system);
  • Responsible for recognizing and escalating problems or risks, as and when they arise in line with the business requirements.

What do you need to have?

  • Fluent in French and English at a written and spoken level;
  • Previous experience in the administrative area, and managing contracts with suppliers;
  • Knowledge of related regulations and standards;
  • Strong knowledge in using MS-Office programs especially Outlook, Word, and Excel, as well as oriented to learn about other digital platforms;
  • Great ability to express yourself, and organizational skills.
