Role Overview:
As a Trust & Safety Specialist, you'll moderate digital content and ensure it aligns with community and platform standards. Your attention to detail and decision-making will help protect users and foster a safe online space. This role is ideal for individuals who thrive in fast-paced, detail-oriented settings and want to make a real impact in the digital world.
Key Responsibilities:
- Reviewing text, images, videos, and links for compliance with content policies, without exposure to disturbing material
- Applying moderation rules consistently to maintain a safe and respectful user environment
- Responding to user appeals with professionalism and clear reasoning
- Collaborating with internal teams to support policy enforcement and best practices
- Keeping up with digital trends to improve moderation techniques
- Offering feedback to optimize moderation tools and workflow processes
Qualifications:
- C1/C2 proficiency in German
- B2 proficiency in English
- EU Citizenship or Portuguese Residency Card
- Strong leadership, analytical, and communication skills
- Eagerness to learn and grow
