ROLE FOCUS

The IT Technical Support Intern will work closely with the IT Technical Support EIMEA Manager with the primary task of executing the PC Replacement Plan for Portugal and Spain.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

- Schedule PC replacements efficiently to minimize user disruption.

- Handle data backup, restore, and migration.

- Set up new hardware with Windows 11 and required software.

- Assist users post-installation to ensure smooth transition.

- Ensure proper disposal of replaced hardware.

- Maintain clean IT stock and comply with company standards.

- Provide regular updates to the IT Technical Support EIMEA Manager.

- Other related tasks as necessary.

Requirements for the Role:

Qualified in IT infrastructure.
Fluent in English.
Capable of working independently.
Detail-oriented and organized.
Proficient in Windows systems, troubleshooting, backup, and recovery.
Experience with Microsoft Office tools and Active Directory.
Familiarity with VPN, virtual meetings, and IT service management processes.
