Sodexo Business Services (SBS) is looking for a Fixed Assets Specialist (M/F):

What you will do in your new role:

  • Create fixed asset master record;
  • Depreciate fixed asset;
  • Retire fixed asset;
  • Asset verification;
  • Receive approved charges and relevant cost object codes;
  • Process intercompany invoices from local entity;
  • Process intercompany invoices to local entity;
  • Upload internal charges and relevant postings;
  • Receive and reconcile intercompany transactions;
  • Support internal audits;
  • Manage external audits.

What distinguishes you:


  • Bachelor's Degree in Finance/Accountancy/ Business;
  • Fluency in English;
  • Record to report experience or experience of working in a finance environment;
  • Ability to work under pressure;
  • Detail oriented, professional attitude, reliable person;
  • Ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing.
