Accountant(M/F) to support all Finance activities for the group's EMEA region


Primary responsibilities:


  • Ensure, together with Reporting & Controlling Team Leader, the fulfillment of all reporting activities in line with local and group deadlines;
  • Perform periodend activities, such as booking of manual journal entries, accruals, and provisions and deferrals: Perform inventory accounting and post adjustments; Process fixed asset accounting, including creation, additions, depreciation, disposals, and transfers; Revaluation and adjustments; Intercompany accounting; Balance sheet reconciliation and account maintenance, ensuring they give an accurate and fair view of company's business;
  • Monthly, Quarterly, and Annual Closing (Sales, Accounting, Taxes, and other adhoc analysis;
  • Review the Monthly Accounting Closing;
  • Review and propose provisions for doubtful debts and guarantees to customers as well as any appropriate accounting;
  • Provide sales review, margin analysis, and profitability.

Minimum qualifications:


  • Academic Degree in Accounting or Business Management;
  • 4+ years of relevant experience in Accounting;
  • Proficiency in English and Italian;
  • Resultsoriented, with the ability to identify issues and follow through with efficient, effective solutions.

Preferred qualifications:


  • Chartered Accountant preferred;
  • Experience in SAP Business One preferred
