• Produce the necessary miseenplace items following recipes and instructions
• Store and label such items correctly and manage the rotation of stock according to the FIFO methodology
• Articulate with senior chefs the order lists of the assigned section
• Receive, check and store orders appropriately
• Be involved in preparing quality staff meals when assigned
• Follow HACCP guidelines regarding all operations where applicable
• Deliver highstandard and consistent service on the assigned sections
• Be involved in the development of new menu items, attend team briefings and pre and postservice briefings
• Contribute to maintaining tidy and organized workspaces
• Be punctual and respectful of schedules and contribute to smooth daily operations
• Communicate openly and honestly with management and work together to create a respectful partnership
