REPORTS TO:

Director of Sales & Marketing The person will be responsible for supporting company's interactions with customers and sales prospects.

It involves organising, systematising and synchronising business processes mainly of the real estate sales activities, but also those for marketing, customer service, and technical / IT support.

The overall goal is to support the real estate sales & marketing team to find, attract and win new clients, nurture and retain those the company already has, entice former clients to return, and reduce the costs of marketing and client service.

Responsibilities 1.

Manage operational components of the sales office, back-office management, planning and administration of sales team duties, organise sales office activities, create and schedule appointments between customers and sales consultants 2.

Welcome customers and potential customers that walk-in the sales office, track and measure customer behavior and nurture them from first contact.

3. Develop and monitor a pipeline and sales dashboard in the CRM software for customers and products.

Use the CRM software to streamline all phases of the sales process, minimizing the time that sales consultants need to spend on each phase 4.


Define onsite sales process:

prepare sales tours, sales pitches by type of customers and types of products, help to improve customers' experience while aiming to increase efficiency and minimize costs.

5. Assists in the development and implementation of sales and marketing materials / collateral, and manages its inventory. 6.

Adheres to all company policies, procedures and business ethics codes, as well as ensures that they are communicated and implemented within the team.


Requisitos :

  • College / University degree, preferably in Marketing, Communications or Business
  • Prior experience with a minimum 2 years in Sales Coordinator
  • in real estate or hospitality sectors being a plus
  • Knowledge of a CRM software such as Salesforce
  • Excellent conceptual and analytical thinking: proficiency in math and calculations.
  • Knowledge of MS Office; other computer skills and graphic design are a plus
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Organized, results-oriented and deadline sensitive
  • Familiar with Portugal and the Algarve as a destination, its culture and traditions, and the key feeder markets.
  • Positive attitude and excellent interpersonal skills
  • Good presentation skills and a pro-active team player
  • Fluent (written & speaking) in Portuguese and English. Additional languages are a plus
