    We are seeking a Senior Test Manager to join our team and take charge of designing a comprehensive test process from scratch while driving the adoption of testing practices across the organization. As a Senior Test Manager, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the quality and reliability of our products and services by establishing robust testing frameworks, methodologies, and strategies.

    • Design and Develop Test Process: Take ownership of creating a tailored test process that aligns with the organization's goals, industry standards, and best practices. This includes defining testing methodologies, tools, and frameworks to ensure efficient and effective testing processes.
    • Establish Testing Standards: Define and implement testing standards, guidelines, and procedures to maintain consistency and quality across all testing activities within the organization.
    • Lead Testing Initiatives: Lead and oversee testing initiatives by collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify testing requirements, prioritize test activities, and allocate resources effectively.
    • Drive Testing Adoption: Advocate for the importance of testing and quality assurance within the organization by promoting a culture of quality, conducting training sessions, and providing mentorship to team members on testing best practices.
    • Evaluate and Select Testing Tools: Research, evaluate, and recommend testing tools and technologies that best suit the organization's needs and objectives. Implement selected tools and ensure proper integration with existing systems.
    • Continuous Improvement: Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of the testing process and make continuous improvements based on feedback, lessons learned, and industry trends.
    • Stakeholder Communication: Communicate regularly with stakeholders, including project managers, development teams, and senior management, to provide updates on testing progress, issues, and recommendations.

    • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
    • Proven experience as a Senior Test Manager or similar role, with a track record of designing and implementing successful test processes from scratch.
    • In-depth knowledge of software testing methodologies, tools, and techniques.
    • Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to influence and inspire others.
    • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with a keen attention to detail.
    • Experience working in Agile or DevOps environments is preferred.
    • Relevant certifications such as ISTQB are a plus.
