#ABOUTUS

Goldcrest Real Estate supports international professionals to find the perfect property but also many of our clients are looking for assistance with their relocation.

There is often little time to travel between destinations looking for houses, schools and nearby amenities.

This is where the relocation agent / concierge consultant comes in, making moving from one part of the world to another far easier and more timely than going through the hassle oneself.

We are looking for a Rentals Consultant also able to act as a lifestyle manager able, assuming the fundamental role of being the personal point of contact to fulfil specific requests from our Clients during their relocation journey,.

Must be someone highly experienced in Rental business in Greater Lisbon (and also further locations) but simultaneously fully oriented to a boutique concierge services mindset.

A successful Consultant in this field should be professional and well informed while displaying a solution-oriented approach in order to match a client's needs.

#ABOUTTHEROLE

Meet potential renters and understand their needs and expectations, finding suitable properties for the Clients to view and guiding them on tours of available units and guaranteeing proper prior supervision and preparation of property visits.
Follow up on leads for potential renters.
Present offers to landlords, negotiating lease terms with landlords (or their representatives).
Prepare leasing documents for the potential renters using property local standards and regulations, ensuring all documentation is correct and review Contracts.
Keep residents informed of any changes to rental agreements or upcoming property issues.
Build a rapport with Clients to give them personalised service and engage with them for future business.
Keeping an eye on potential properties to maintain a suitable and fulfilling pipeline of solutions of different nature.
Manage property listings for those wishing to rent their properties, fomenting clients' relations, and loyalty.
Area of activity: Lisbon and Metropolitan area of Lisbon. More geographical knowhow is a plus.
Host calls to organise viewings.
Ensuring Exceptional Customer Service, providing services that are above and beyond for customer satisfaction and retention, being focus on improve quality of service by understand Clients' needs, responding to and handling Clients' problems and complaints.
Provide warm welcome and anticipation of Clients' needs throughout their stay or relocation, providing recommendations and arrangements of concierge services for Clients as requested, alongside with necessary all basic support with utility bills and getting the property movein ready.

#ABOUTYOU

A suitable applicant will have:
- excellent communication skills, and will be passionate about customer service.
- experience in rental business is mandatory and clients / concierge services is preferable.
- experience in handling with partnership agreements.
- strong understanding of rental market, personalised house living services, global mobility, relocation, OR a clear aptitude to learn about this industry at an expedited pace.

3 years' experience in a customer facing role in a comparable industry.

- previous experience with CRM.
- very strong written & in person presentation skills.
- ability to adapt style and approach to different client profiles and cultural variations.
- willingness to get involved, learn & adapt quickly & work hard to achieve results.
- willingness to work in a start-up environment & independently.
