    Senior UX/UI Designer

    The Challenge

    We're looking for a Senior UX/UI Designer to lead the evolution of our product experience. You'll take ownership of design across the product, balancing user needs and business goals. Your goal will be transforming complex industrial workflows into intuitive interfaces that users love.

    Your Role:
  • Lead end-to-end design initiatives from discovery to delivery.
  • Design flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups using Figma).
    • Create and maintain design systems and component libraries.)a Conduct user research and usability testing).
    C/Metrize complex industrial use cases into simple user experiences)
