FasterPay is looking for an Account Manager, who wants to level-up their career in the payment industry.

If you are highly motivated and have experience in working with merchant, we are hiring for an Account Manager to join our team in Lisbon.

Responsibilities:

• Work closely with merchants ensuring a positive onboarding experience, ensuring they receive the best pricing and payment options suited to their needs;
• Build and maintain strong relationships with merchants, providing a consultative approach to ensure their needs are met;
• Learn and understand our entire product offering. Enabling you to crosssell and upsell these new products to your merchants;
• Answer any queries our merchants may have regarding our products;
• Collaborate with internal teams including Marketing, Sales, Integration, and others to ensure the merchant is fully informed at all times;
• Culturally we are collaborative with our colleagues globally, in order to do so, you will need to have strong English written and verbal communication skills;
• Be a sale and resultsdriven individual that is organized, proactive, and positive in their approach.

Skills & Competencies Required:

• Bachelor's Degree;
• At least 1 year of business to business (B2B) experience in account management or similar role, specifically in payments, fintech, SaaS, tech, and digital services;
• Fluency in English is required;
• Detailoriented, positive attitude, and the ability to prioritize tasks to fit deadlines;
• Sales and resultdriven;
• Proactive and handson mentality;
• Excellent presentation and communication skills through different channels;
• Strong sense of work ethic and business etiquette;
• Strong interest in technology and digital space;
• Have excellent intercultural competencies and experience working in diverse teams;
• Confident, fun, friendly, and most importantly business savvy in understanding different business models and business needs;
• Availability to go on business trips.

Salary: 841.58€ - 2,011.12€ per month
