This will be your job...

• You are responsible for thetechnical management of the test teams
• Yousupport the teams to improve and further develop the existing testautomation
• If necessary, you also supportour customers with their product launches through accompanying testmeasures
• You accompany the operationalquality assurance in the release and take over QA tasks in thiscontext
• You are responsible for the furtherdevelopment of test concepts and the test strategy
• You initiate and support change processes
• You take over the overall coordination and planning ofnon-functional requirements (performance, usability, etc.) andaccompany them
• You are responsible formonitoring quality indicators and initiating improvements

This is what we want...

• You have an IT degree or severalyears of professional experience in the IT environment
• You have already gained experience in quality assurancewithin a software development process and in setting up testautomation
• Ideally, you have already gainedtest management experience
• You quicklyfamiliarize yourself with new IT applications and tools
• Knowledge of agile methods (e.g. Scrum, Kanban) would bedesirable
• Your high quality standards areour common key to constantly increasing customer satisfaction
• You are characterized by a quick grasp, anindependent way of working, a good understanding of complexinterrelationships, the ability to work in a team and customerorientation
• You are a strong communicatorwith both internal and external stakeholders
• You have a keen eye for detail - especially in stressful situations
• You are confident in planning and managingprojects and ideally already have project management experience
