We're looking to hire a
Data Scientist to participate in a digital transformation project.

Your Challenge:

Develop an Intelligent Customer Service Software solution to transform the user experience in an omnichannel context and focus on selfservice channels.
Introducing Artificial Intelligence cross channels.
Integrate the IA team contributing objectively to the design and implementation of Key Intelligent Components such as Intelligent search, requests classification and answers automation, documents automation, and next best activity.

Your Best Skills:

D. in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field. MSc/Ph.
D. in Data Science from a renowned institution is a plus

Experience in relevant work and projects (e.g. as a data scientist or related role)
Proven knowledge and experience in Data Mining, Machine Learning, and Statistics
Proficiency in Python and Machine Learning packages (NumPy, SciPy, Scikit-Learn, Pandas, Keras)
Experience in Deep Learning frameworks such as Tensorflow, PyTorch,
Communicative mindset and team collaboration skills
Excellent problemframing, problemsolving, and projectmanagement skills
Fluency in written/spoken
English and Portuguese
