Responsibilities
- Project delivery as Technical Lead for customers including support during requirement gathering phase analysis of system landscape technical design execution and assistance to the team members in the development and implementation of technical solutions Migration Upgrades and Conversions support with ongoing projects coordinate customer project members team and own project tasks provide guidance on cloud migration AWS GCP Azure troubleshootanalyze and resolve technical problems manage multiple tasks work in a team environment understand and be responsive to project and customer needs support in escalated projects support for system optimization specific expert consulting acts as a coach for colleagues Build credible relationship
