You will join a team of 5 other Product Managers where you will be collaborating with customers and stakeholders to maximize the potential of the product

Your Tasks Will Include:

Working on the features of the Product roadmap and work with the IT team to take them through the journey of the project Understanding what problems the features solve and the reasoning behind this knowing how it can positively impact the customer.

Collaborate with the design team to work on new features and early stage wireframes to provide easy to understand stories to the technical team Create clear use cases for Product features based on input from customers, pre-sales, marketing, and other stakeholders to help lead Engineering squads to define and deliver value-added features; Collaborate with other Product Managers to keep a highly valued and consistent user experience by keeping on top of all requirements and features Collaborate with the IT team to ensure that all use cases and the needs of the customer are fully addressed.

To be a good fit for the Product Manager Role, you will have:
Experience in delivering SaaS products - this includes building, leading and delivering the products Solid experience working with Data Integration Projects Good understanding of user-centered design processes Experience working in Agile teams Familiar with Product Management tools such as Jira, confluence or similar Strong Presentation Skills Familiar with HR Business Process Frameworks would be a strong advantage
