The service to be provided is focused on implementation, operations and troubleshooting of cloud environments based on AWS cloud, using the DevOps practices and tools.

To achieve this, Capgemini expects the following competences to be available at the service provider:

Understand and implement complex requirements using best practices
Provide effort estimates for tasks
Capable of contributing to technical improvement

Works directly with customers to establish high-level solution and architecture.
Works directly with/in agile teams to implement the solution.
To deliver the above competences, Capgemini considers relevant for the outsourcing company to assure consultants with a skillset and experience covering:
> 3 years' experience implementing and operating AWS devops solutions and services.
Experience administering Linux Systems
Knowledge on networking and security
Ability to develop solution architecture designs.
Capgemini gives preference to consultants that also demonstrate competences in:

AWS Skills: AWS EC2, RDS, CloudFront, ECS, EKS, Cloud Watch, S3

Experience with Network Skills:
TCP Protocols, DNS, Routing, NAT, Firewall, VPN knowledge

Cloud Security Skills: Certificates, Key Management, secrets, VPC, Security groups

DevOps Tooling:
Docker, GitLab, GitLab CI, Terraform, PostgreSQL, IAM, Redis
Monitoring & Logging tools

Consultants to be assigned to the service should have analytical skills, willingness to learn and adopt new technologies, also should have experience or be familiar with an agile development methodology.

Is mandatory for the consultants to be business-fluent in English language (speaking and writing).
