The Department intends to recruit for the Energy Services team:


Job description

  • Elaboration, presentation, negotiation and closing of commercial service proposals;
  • Accompaniment of commercial managers in sales meetings with SME clients;
  • Planning and control of the commercial activity of the teams and the client portfolio: KPI monitoring, pipeline management, script development, commercial strategies, launch and monitoring of campaigns, etc;
  • Technical, commercial and systems support to the various elements of the commercial channels;
  • Definition of KPIs for the sales teams taking into account their maturity, proficiency and channel type;
  • Development of realtime activity monitoring tools (Salesforce, PowerBI, Celonis) for quick action and deployment of corrective measures;
  • Participation in the process of identification, recruitment, selection and training (technical and commercial) of commercial managers, for the different sales channels;
  • Definition of customer orchestration management through different channels to minimize attrition and maximize commercial efficiency;
  • Definition and tuning of the commission scheme for the various channels in line with the intended commercial direction;
  • Evaluation and implementation of growth and training plans for the various commercial managers/partners;
  • Elaboration of the segment's annual strategic plan in line with the budget;
  • Identification, characterization and targeting of the market.
  • Knowledge and monitoring of the competition's activity, evolution of market and sector trends for incorporation in the improvement of the teams' activity;
  • Permanent intra and interteam articulation to enhance the success of the commercial teams/managers;
  • Participate in crosscutting strategic development projects, digitalization of the business, continuous improvement of business processes and systems, etc;
  • Working in direct articulation with Marketing, Construction, Engineering and Systems teams in order to create and adapt the characteristics of products and services to the needs of the SME customer segment;
  • Involvement in identifying market needs and being proactive in defining new offers.

What kind of profile are we looking for?

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering or Economics/Management or another area provided you have relevant experience for the function;
  • Professional experience of up to 5 years in the commercial, marketing and presales area is valued;
  • Good knowledge of excel and userlevel analytical and collaborative tools (Power BI, Microsoft Teams);
  • Knowledge in UiPath is valued;
  • Driving license;
  • Availability to travel around the country
  • Professional experience in an international company that is a leader in its sector, with flexible working arrangements and hours (Non-Term Contract);
