Responsibilities:
Focused on HR development areas such as: Training by supporting the organization of the training activities; Performance Appraisal by supporting and coordinating all the internal procedures; Support employee admission and onboarding; Contact with other HR areas


Requirements:

Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources Management, Psychology, or other relevant field (mandatory); Experience in a similar role (preferred); Eligible for IEFP Internship Program (Level 6 – Bachelor Degree); Excellent English and Portuguese language skills in speaking and writing, further language skills desirable (German); Advanced knowledge of MS Office tools (Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint); Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; High level of accountability and accuracy; Team player with a cooperative mindset; Good sense for different company/ country cultures.
