- Experiência de 1 a 2 anos na área;
- Conhecimento de Ferramentas de CRM e Gestão de Projetos, sendo capaz de construir cronogramas exequíveis e dashboards de acompanhamento de clientes;
- Conhecimento do setor de Marketing e Comunicação, nomeadamente Estratégia de Comunicação, Gestão de Redes Sociais, Performance Marketing e Relações Públicas;

Atualizam as bases de dados internas com informações relevantes sobre os clientes e coordenam reuniões internas e externas.Estão responsáveis pela resolução de problemas; presença e documentação de informação em reuniões com clientes e parceiros; acompanhamento do desenvolvimento de propostas de comunicação internas e externas e da gestão e documentação do progresso dos projetos.
