Job summary
We are looking for a Senior Analyst to support the design, administration and performance analysis of some of the Sales Compensation programs for Services. The individual in this role will work in close collaboration with Sales Leaders, People Business Partners and Total Rewards to ensure the Sales Compensation programs, processes and initiatives are implemented and managed effectively.Responsibilities
- Partner with team members and key stakeholders including Services Business Development and Total Rewards to support in the following areas:Design of new incentive programsEvolution of existing incentive programsOngoing administration of existing incentive programsConducting performance analysis of existing incentive programsLeverage the available tools (Salesforce, Tableau, others) for more effective execution of the above-mentioned areas of responsibility
