Job Details
Our operations manager is responsible for ensuring that ClickGUARD's day-to-day activities are at the highest possible level.
It is the Operations Manager who is responsible for understanding the company's internal processes and procedures and all that it takes to support our customers, culture, vision, and varying needs for ensuring the delivery of our products or services on time and within budget.
Additionally, the Ops manager is responsible for overseeing our customer service, marketing, business development and engineering teams, as well as overseeing the hiring and training of new employees.

Outcomes
30-Day Outcome #1:
Fully Understand, audit and propose improvements for ClickGUARD's daily operational KPIs.
- Understand, connect and gain the trust of key stakeholders, including customers, and employees.
- Conduct a comprehensive analysis of current operations and identify operational efficiencies opportunities.
- Developing and implement new operational strategies and processes to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
- Work with leadership to establish and implement measurable performance metrics and monitor progress towards achieving operational goals.
60-Day Outcome #2
Continuously refine and optimize operational processes to achieve greater efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
- Work with CEO to develop and implement longterm strategic plans to improve overall performance and drive growth.
- Lead and manage crossfunctional teams to execute on operational initiatives and achieve business objectives.

Location - Fully Remote
While we typically work across all time zones and communicate asynchronously, this position requires daily availability from 6AM EST to collaborate with a growing global team (based in the US, Europe, and Asia) in order to best manage, sync and stay on top of team activities and priorities.
