Challenge

Key Roles & Responsibilities- Support the R&S processes Organize and have phone calls with prospects to present vacancy as attractively and convincingly as possible;- Build and maintain a Talent Pipeline for different positions;- Complete data analysis and interpretation- Collaborate in the reporting and administration of HR KPIsEducation & Experience- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Education or related area- Excellent MS Office knowledge - particularly Excel and PowerPoint- Good communication skills- Proficiency level Portuguese (spoken and written)- Good English language skills (spoken and written- Experience in Recruitment area is valuable- Eligibility for professional intenship procedure by portuguese law
