Adecco Human Resources is, through it's Shared Service Center Recruitment team, searching and hiring English speakers for a role of Accountant for it's prestigious client.


Job Fuctions:


  • Manage incoming invoices;
  • Ensure correct processing of invoices, credit and debit notes incl. posting and check of legal requirements, especially VAT;
  • Analyze price/ quantity differences for received goods and services and follow up with other functions;
  • Develop process documentation;
  • Liaise with colleagues in other plants and teams to solve issues with invoices;

Requirements:


  • ERP System experience
  • SAP FI, and experience in the use of MS Office tools;
  • Fluency in English (written and spoken);
  • Attention to detail;
  • Professional experience in accounting and shared service environment is a plus;
  • Academic background in accounting or management is a plus;
  • Communication skills and cooperative mindset, high level
