Responsibilities:_
As a French Speaking Advisor for a Financial Application, you will offer the most complete and qualitative answers to entrepreneurs and small businesses by handling level 1 customer requests by telephone.
Ensure followup of customer requests and respect commitments made and work closely with inhouse teams and make suggestions to optimize our internal processes.
Handling calls (inbound and outbound) and backoffice tasks.
Requirements:_
C1/C2 level language skill
Ability to work independently and/or in a team
Problem solvingskills
Good communications skills (both verbal and written)
Positive attitude
Ambitious
English B2
