What are we looking for

We are looking for an enthusiastic, dedicated, and open-minded person to join our Operations team who shares our same passion: help creating a more sustainable future with corporate commuting services.

Key responsibilities

Identify potential providers and establish partnerships
Conduct market price research and plan appropriate cost strategies
Negotiate prices and contractual terms with our providers, ensuring negotiating margins and good communication with the sales team.
Estimate the operational costs, respecting the guidelines defined by the sales team
Control budget and forecast, developing comparative cost tables
Elaborate reports referring to the market prices practiced
Monitor suppliers' performance and evaluate service quality
Build and manage relations with our operators, ensuring that their needs are met
Work in collaboration with other teams such as Sales and Operations to ensure that our providers meet the company's needs.

Requirements:

High School diploma (preferably with a professional course in Logistics or Transportation)
More than 3 years of relevant experience in the transport or logistics industry
Knowledge of transport or logistic sector (mandatory)
Excellent organization and communication skills
Excellent analytical skill and technical problem management skill is needed
Ability to work accurately under pressure to meet tight deadlines
Ability to work in a collaborative and fastpaced environment
