What are we looking for
We are looking for an enthusiastic, dedicated, and open-minded person to join our Operations team who shares our same passion: help creating a more sustainable future with corporate commuting services.
Key responsibilities
- Identify potential providers and establish partnerships
- Conduct market price research and plan appropriate cost strategies
- Negotiate prices and contractual terms with our providers, ensuring negotiating margins and good communication with the sales team.
- Estimate the operational costs, respecting the guidelines defined by the sales team
- Control budget and forecast, developing comparative cost tables
- Elaborate reports referring to the market prices practiced
- Monitor suppliers' performance and evaluate service quality
- Build and manage relations with our operators, ensuring that their needs are met
- Work in collaboration with other teams such as Sales and Operations to ensure that our providers meet the company's needs.
Requirements:
- High School diploma (preferably with a professional course in Logistics or Transportation)
- More than 3 years of relevant experience in the transport or logistics industry
- Knowledge of transport or logistic sector (mandatory)
- Excellent organization and communication skills
- Excellent analytical skill and technical problem management skill is needed
- Ability to work accurately under pressure to meet tight deadlines
- Ability to work in a collaborative and fastpaced environment
