YOUR DAY-TO-DAY:


  • Create content to support the sale ensuring an uptodate knowledge of GoContact services;
  • Get to know GoContact's potential customers, keeping up to date on the needs, expectations and background of the company's target audience;
  • Identify the target audience and make contact with potential customers, according with the Sales and Marketing plans and strategies;
  • Collect leads and carry out the respective qualification of their potential to followup, monitoring and closing of the process by the Sales team, contributing to the increase of business and fulfillment of the defined objectives;
  • Work closely with the Sales and Marketing teams in terms of sharing information and leads for business development;
  • Prepare a report with the results of the defined operational indicators;
  • Actively participate in the continuous improvement of processes, procedures and solutions within its scope of action, looking for new sources of information and suggesting innovative actions and approaches that contribute to the development of GoContact;
  • Work closely with other members of the GoContact team and promote the sharing of knowledge and best practices with a view to increasing leads, continuous improvement and compliance for the defined objectives.

WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TEAM:

  • Minimum 1 year of professional experience in similar role in the customer service area preferably
  • Computing from the user's perspective (in particular MS Office).

Fluency in Spanish (mandatory)
