Role Overview

  • We are looking for a multifaceted, collaborative and experienced Client Delivery Executive to join our Global Client Delivery Organization, based in Portugal, Spain or UK. Reporting to the Global Client Delivery Director both functionally and hierarchically, the Global Data Delivery Executive plays a pivotal role in ensuring seamless delivery of data services worldwide. As a key member of the team, you will embody and promote Kantar Worldpanel's mission and values while upholding the company's image.
  • You'll be expected to act as an advocate for all kantar regions on supporting some of our main clients in the FMCG industry, by understanding their needs and recommending them the best and most sustainable solutions within legacy and MWP*.

- is a Kantar cloud-based platform, currently being deployed worldwide, to provide the most intuitive and efficient way to analyse our shopper behaviour's data. The introduction of MyWorldpanel presents the opportunity to significantly enhance the delivery of insights to our retail clients. Equally its introduction is a huge enabler to bring global consistency, efficiency, and automation to many of the operational processes that we have in our business.
Role Description- Collaborate closely with the international Kantar Worldpanel team to analyze and improve the performance of GCDs contracts. Support the Global Data Delivery Lead in successfully delivering global projects. Develop a comprehensive understanding of Global Data Delivery business processes. Define and coordinate the implementation and maintenance of a suitable process globally. Take prompt action on any negative client feedback, devising action plans and recommendations for improvement as vital. Ensure adherence to commitments, communication standards, and procedures, whether in scheduled production or reactive response to client needs. Able to satisfy the client on all aspects of the delivery (feasibility, planning and quality check) by facilitating an efficient, accurate and timely delivery of Kantar Worldpanel products and services. Work in partnership with all partners - Clients, Client Service, Operations team to ensure a timely resolution to all client and client service queries, requests or issues. Prepare a recommended delivery approach to the Senior team members and to Client Service teams (including Europanel, taking into account the technical possibilities). Document standard methodologies for all Client Operations processes and communicate them effectively with the wider ambassadors community and relevant partners, ensuring that they are understood and implemented. Coordinate all related tasks on New Business transitions & re-pitches with Clients including Global CS, the ROC and Operations Teams.
Role requirements and capabilities- Bachelor's Degree in Management, Economics, Marketing, Sociology or equivalent experience. Previous client management experience - preferably within market research and/or the FMCG industry. Full business proficiency in English (B2 Level Minimum). Mature communication skills to influence and spur change, facilitate, and enhance performance within a cross-functional matrix environment.
