Main Objectives are:

We expect you to have profund knowledge with 5+ years of experience in the following IT assurance, processes and compliance topics within an IT HR environment:

IT Service Management (ITIL) e.g. Incident Management, Change Management;
Integrated Management System for ISO 9001 and ISO 22301;
Management;
Risk Management and Data Privacy (GDPR).

Expected/desired skill set:

Academic degree related to Information Technology / Business / Economics;
Ability to work in a fastpaced environment and adapt to frequent change;
Result

- oriented and used to work independently;

Experienced in analysing complex system issues and executing necessary solution approaches by ensuring process compliance;
Fluent in spoken and written "Professional Business English:
Experienced in scrum and agile methodologu (e.g. Kanban)
