Project Description:

  • Start Date: 12/04/2023
  • Work Schedule: Monday to Friday 08:30h - 17:30h (40 hours/week)

Role Responsibilities:

  • Handle legal claims involving lawyers, legal officers, and national enforcement bodies to assess customer claims.
  • Address unique customer situations and manage legal claims accordingly.
  • Ensure passenger rights are upheld by transport operators.

Expectations:

- Proficiency in German
- Intermediate level of English
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Desired Qualifications:

  • Motivated to work in a back-office environment
  • Team player attitude

Main Duties:

  • Start Date: 12/04/2023
  • Working Hours: Monday to Friday 08:30 - 17:30, full-time (40 hours/week)
  • Competitive Salary and Benefits:
- €1100 gross monthly x12 months + 2 extra salaries annually
- up to €100 gross monthly performance bonus
- €7.23 NET/day meal allowance

  • Full-time 6 months fixed-term contract, renewable

Work in our modern office in Parque das Nações

  • Training provided at the start, no prior experience needed
- Back Office Role - no inbound calls
- Direct interaction with the Airline's legal department

Relocation Package:

  • Flight Ticket Reimbursement after 6 months
  • Option for company-owned apartment accommodation

Position Type: Full-time

Salary: 1.283,00€ per month
