We're looking
for an Account Manager who is passionate about brand & communications and keen to be part of an agency and team with ambitious ideas.


What you'll do
On a day to day, you will

  • Partner closely with media, strategy, creative, development, and data teams to facilitate project milestones and lead client initiatives.
  • Ensure flawless service delivery to clients (retail chain and personalcare retailer) according to agreed scope, SLAs, and KPIs.
  • Accountable for successful implementation and reporting of digital campaigns based on 1st party data (newsletters, SMS, etc).
  • Understand and interpret client's brief and develop effective solutions.
  • Writing and contributing to briefs, as well as interpreting information and developing insights to assist in the planning/creative process.
  • Working closely with the finance teams ensuring projects are delivered within budget.
  • Circulate agendas before every meeting and contact report any follow ups.

What you'll need

  • Minimum of 2/3 years of account management experience in an agency
  • Ability to communicate effectively with crossfunctional teams.
  • Organized, analytical, persuasive, and welldeveloped interpersonal skills.
  • A good listener, articulate, intelligent, naturally collaborative and empathic personality
  • Selfconfident, flexible yet takes and defends positions.
  • Ability to present ideas, concepts and strategic direction to clients.
  • Clear, concise writer.
  • Good evaluator of advertising and marketing solutions.
  • Ability to develop strong client relationships.
